What should I do when I got this message "Error in join cluster request...":
This error typically occurs when we detected a violation by the machine owner, leading to the freezing of the associated token. The specific reason can be found in the section highlighted in the image (sensitive information has been redacted). Common reasons for violations include, but are not limited to:
Unstable: We have detected that your machine's status has toggled between offline and online multiple times within a short period, which prevents us from providing stable services.
Detection of Unauthorized Processes.: We have detected that some unauthorized processes are running on your machine, such as mining programs or other processes that occupy the GPU.
VRAM Usage Exceeds 500M: To ensure a proper user experience and fairness in reward distribution, we require that the GPU's VRAM usage does not exceed 500M when idle.
Stress Test Failed: Your machine has failed the stress test. We typically conduct a 24-hour GPU stress test, and if it fails, the machine cannot be normally assigned tasks.
